Yes. The agreement can be signed by the employer as lessee, with the employee named as an authorized occupant. Many companies prefer this because it keeps the housing on a corporate agreement and out of the employee's personal name.

Yes. The property is held by a Washington limited liability company. We invoice accounts payable monthly, with net terms by arrangement, and a W-9 and ACH details go out the same day you ask. The monthly amount is flat and includes utilities, so there is nothing to expense separately or reconcile.

What is the minimum term?
